Promotion to a VIP tier is determined based on a member's activity and contributions. Additional benefits and priority service are available at each tier.

6.1 General Gaming Rules

All games on 10bdt are operated following fair play principles. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which operates in a completely impartial and independent manner.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a technical error causes a problem in any game, that game session may be cancelled.
• In the event of a dispute over a game result, 10bdt's system logs will be considered the final evidence.

6.2 Sports Betting

The following rules apply when betting on cricket, football, kabaddi and other sports:

• Odds on bets placed before an event begins may change.
• If a match is postponed or abandoned, the related bet will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.
• Once a decision is final in live betting, there is no option to change it.
• 10bdt reserves the right to cancel any bet where evidence of match fixing or unusual activity is found.

7.1 Strictly Prohibited

• Creating or managing multiple accounts.
• Using false or fake identity information.
• Abusing the bonus system or attempting to earn bonuses through fraudulent means.
• Using software, bots or automated methods to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to access or damage the platform's security systems.
• Using an account on behalf of minors or enabling them to use it.
• Sharing or transferring your account to other members.

8.1 Suspension or Closure by 10bdt

10bdt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account without notice in the following cases:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Detection of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Evidence of providing false identity or age.
• Extended period of inactivity on the account.
• Direction from legal or regulatory authorities.

8.2 Closure by Member

If you wish to close your account at any time, please notify our support team. Make sure to withdraw any remaining funds before the account is closed. If bonus-related conditions have not been met, the bonus balance will be cancelled.
